Electricity Usage Notice

Our rental apartment operates on a coin meter for electricity due to the heavy usage of electricity by the appliances, including the jacuzzi. Guests receive a €5 daily allowance. Additional usage, though rare, requires guests to insert coins into the meter. Alternatively, guests have the option to pre-pay for additional electricity if desired. Thank you for your cooperation.
It is not recommended to use the Jacuzzi between November 1st and April 1st. During this period, the colder ambient temperature demands the heater to work overtime, significantly increasing electricity usage. To ensure optimal energy efficiency and operational cost-effectiveness, it’s advisable to refrain from Jacuzzi usage during these months.

Damage Policy

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. This will be required once and will make the actual check in on the day of arrival much simpler!

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

  • leave before 11:00 AM
Cancellation Policy
  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
  • If guests cancel 7 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they will receive 50% refund for all nights
  • If guests cancel after that, no refunds will be given
